These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases, estimates, installations, and services provided by Texas Elite Floors, whether made in-store, online, or by phone. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without notice. Continued use of our services implies your acceptance of any changes.

• Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute comparable products if the original selection is no longer available, with your approval.
   
• Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors or inaccuracies in pricing or product descriptions.
   
• Payment: Full payment or a deposit may be required before an order is confirmed. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and financing (where available).
   

• Scheduling: Installation dates are scheduled based on availability and may be subject to change due to weather, delivery delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
   
• Site Preparation: Customers are responsible for ensuring the area is ready for installation (e.g., furniture removed, old flooring removed if not included in service).
   
• Workmanship: Our installers follow industry standards and best practices. Please report any concerns within 7 days of installation completion.
   

• Returns: Flooring products may be returned only if unopened, unused, and in original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Custom orders, special cuts, and clearance items are non-returnable.
   
• Restocking Fees: Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% plus freight.
   
• Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund unless custom products have already been ordered or production has begun.
   

• Manufacturer Warranty: Many of our flooring products come with manufacturer warranties. Please refer to the specific product documentation.
   
• Installation Warranty: We offer a 1 year warranty on installation services. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or external factors (e.g., moisture, pets, furniture movement).
   

Texas Elite Floors is not responsible for:

• Damage to existing flooring, walls, or furniture during removal or installation, unless caused by gross negligence.
   
• Delays due to product shortages or shipping delays outside our control.
   
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the purchase or use of our products or services.
   

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
   
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the operation of the website
   
• Copy or reproduce any content from our site without permission
